Because natural and seasonal materials vary, finished pieces may not look exactly like photographs shown on our website.

When necessary, we may make thoughtful substitutions based on seasonal or material availability while preserving the overall style, quality, and value of the original design.

3. Orders, Seasonal Products, and Preorders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase and authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.

Peyton Englewood reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary and as permitted by law.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because we often begin preparing orders quickly, we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations after an order has been accepted or entered processing.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, any required refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Seasonal Products & Preorders

Certain fresh, seasonal, limited-edition, made-to-order, or specially sourced products may be offered for preorder.

Estimated shipping, pickup, delivery, or availability dates will be provided whenever possible. These dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to weather, growing conditions, supplier availability, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Fresh and seasonal materials are subject to natural availability. When necessary, we may make reasonable substitutions while maintaining the overall character, quality, and value of the design.

The price charged for an item will be the price shown at the time your order is placed and reflected in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or other charges.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Peyton Englewood is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, supply shortages, governmental actions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, risk of loss passes to the customer once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
