Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your Peyton Englewood order. If there is a problem with your purchase, please reach out and we will be happy to help.

Returns

Unused, eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Because of the nature of our products, the following are final sale:

• Ribbon cut by the yard

• Custom or personalized pieces

• Fresh wreaths, garlands, and other natural materials

• Design services and digital design work

• Items marked Final Sale

Ribbon

Please order a sample if an exact color match is important to your project. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings. Cut-to-length ribbon cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
